Grosvenor Buildings – Harrogate

33 apartments and 16,000 sqft of speciality retail space in a Grade II Listed commercial building in the heart of harrogate.

Centaur House – Leeds

42 apartments and 12,000 sqft of leisure space in an existing listed façade converted into a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom high specification apartments.

Argus Lofts – Brighton

61 apartments, 20 affordable residential units and 32,000 sqft of retail, office and leisure space in a Grade II Listed mill conversion.

38 High Street – Manchester

49 apartments and 4,800 sqft of commercial space to the ground floor. The external façade was developed using a high quality terracotta finish with an integral bespoke glazing system.

Princes Dock – Liverpool

162 apartments in two linked towers of 20 and 10 storeys with 99 car parking spaces with a built in bespoke design car stacking system to a part basement design.

St Ann’s Quay – Newcastle

91 apartments and 41,000 sqft of retail, office and leisure space with river frontage allowing a high mix of apartments with direct river frontage access.

Drysdale Street – Hoxton

12 private apartments and 27 live/work units with 24,000 sqft of office space to the ground floor.

St Paul’s – Sheffield

316 apartments in two linked uniquely designed towers of 31 and 9 storeys and 22,000 sqft of commercial space over a basement car park holding 88 car parking spaces.
