An event to allow people to see the four remaining new build luxury houses in phase 1 has been organised for Saturday 1st August from 11am – 2pm. West House Gardens is a bespoke development of 33 natural stone built, luxury family homes, set over a five acre site in Birstwith in the Nidderdale Valley, just six miles from Harrogate.
Developer Newby has announced it will be running two events at its popular Glasshouses Mill development in Nidderdale. A further six properties at the historic Grade II listed mill have been sold in the last three weeks and the mill is being carefully renovated into 32 luxury family homes, apartments and cottages. The housing market was given the green light to restart on 13th May, with sales and building work having been in limbo since lockdown first began. However, Newby is reporting that interest in new builds doesn’t seem to have been affected in the short term.
Grade II listed Glasshouses Mill in the Nidd Valley can trace its history back hundreds of years. It is currently undergoing a careful renovation and incorporates features such as original stone stairs, vaulted redbrick ceilings, restored beams, the historic clock tower and even the original turbine cog within certain properties within the mill.
