Harrogate-based North Yorkshire developer, Newby has opened the doors to its Springfield Court luxury residential development on Kings Road – a destination area in the town.    Prospective house hunters will be given the chance to view 10 different apartments when they are unveiled at the open day hosted by Newby from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 23 February 2019.

After securing planning approval from Harrogate Borough Council in 2018 to expand its Springfield Court residential development with a further 26 luxury apartments, Newby has brought the total number of high quality homes available to 61.
