Newby opens doors on new Springfield Court Residential Development in Harrogate
Doors To The Luxury Apartment Scheme Opening On Saturday 23 February 2019
Harrogate-based North Yorkshire developer, Newby has opened the doors to its Springfield Court luxury residential development on Kings Road – a destination area in the town. Prospective house hunters will be given the chance to view 10 different apartments when they are unveiled at the open day hosted by Newby from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 23 February 2019.
After securing planning approval from Harrogate Borough Council in 2018 to expand its Springfield Court residential development with a further 26 luxury apartments, Newby has brought the total number of high quality homes available to 61.
Sitting in Yorkshire’s “Golden Triangle” in a central, gated location, the development which comprises a selection of converted units as well as new build, will offer one, two and three bedroom apartments to prospective residents. Each home comes with private parking in a secure courtyard, with the majority also benefiting from private terraces or balconies.
Nick Moody, Director at Newby, said:
“The regional apartment market remains strong with Harrogate in particular continuing to be a property hotspot offering a great place to live, work and visit and is firmly cemented within Yorkshire’s Golden Triangle. With such great appeal from all this attractive town has to offer, we have already seen significant interest in our Springfield Court development with our customers looking for that extra level of refinement.”
Springfield Court is located within walking distance of Harrogate’s town centre on the popular Kings Road, an area regarded as one of the best spots in the town with an abundance of first class restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The location provides excellent transport connections with nearby Harrogate railway station and good connectivity to motorway networks.
