Over 50 per cent of the first phase of our West House Gardens development in the village of Birstwith has now been sold.
An event to allow people to see the remaining plots has been organised for Saturday 1st August from 11am – 2pm. Due to the current guidelines in place, viewings will be available by appointment only. Interested parties will be able to explore the show property, with appropriate safety measures in place, and any of the remaining phase 1 plots which are of interest.
Only four properties now remain in Phase One, and they are all four-bedroomed detached homes, set over two or three floors. Prices on the remaining properties range from £690,000 to £750,000 and all include far reaching views over the countryside fields.
Interested parties can also discuss the seven properties coming in the second phase of the development, which include three-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses and a five-bed home on the market. The site is due to be completed in Summer 2021.
West House Gardens is a bespoke development of 33 natural stone built, luxury family homes, set over a five acre site in Birstwith in the Nidderdale Valley, just six miles from Harrogate.
