Landmark city centre building opens the door to its luxury sixth floor show apartment on 19th October

People can get
their first glimpse of the ‘best views in York city centre’ this month when the
landmark Ryedale House development opens its show apartment for the first time.
The sixth-floor
apartment offers panoramic views of York, including the Minster, which is maximised
by floor to ceiling glazing, which is a feature across the whole building. Developers
Newby will be opening the doors to the development on Saturday 19th
October, offering the first opportunity to go up into the building since work
began last year.
Ryedale House
is a landmark building on the York skyline and is the tallest residential
building in the city. Set right in the heart of York on Piccadilly, sitting alongside
the River Foss, Newby is transforming the building into 77 one, two and
three-bedroom luxury apartments over seven floors.
All apartments feature open plan living areas and a high specification
finish, including Vessini bathrooms and bespoke kitchens with NEFF appliances. The building will also
feature an impressive hotel-style lobby with concierge, secure parking, lifts
to all floors, cycle stores and generous storage lockers. Prices range from
£250,000 to £1.25million and is due for completion in June 2020.
