Glasshouses Mill is due to open its doors once again to potential buyers

Events are due to run at Glasshouses Mill, near Pateley Bridge, on 25th July and 8th August

Developer Newby has announced it will be running two events at its popular Glasshouses Mill development in Nidderdale. A further six properties at the historic Grade II listed mill have been sold in the last three weeks and the mill is being carefully renovated into 32 luxury family homes, apartments and cottages.

Newby will be running the first event on Saturday 25th July from 11am to 2pm to showcase the remaining houses currently available. The houses on show are three or four bedrooms and prices start from £435,000. All the houses come with two parking spaces as standard and include outdoor space with gardens and patios. There will also be the opportunity to view the impressive Clock Tower house, which includes the mill’s historic, fully restored clock, and an original stone staircase. The two-bedroom, three-storey house is on the market for £395,000.

A second event will then take place on Saturday 8th August, from 11am to 2pm showcasing the last few remaining apartments at the development, including apartments with views over the River Nidd. The remaining homes currently include one, two and three-bedroom apartments with prices ranging from £155,000 to £295,000.

Help to buy is available across all the properties at Glasshouses Mill.

Attendance at the event must be confirmed in advance due to the current safety measures required. To secure a place at either event date, contact Nicholls Tyreman estate agents on 01423 503 076 or email sales@newby.co.uk.

Situated in the picturesque village of Glasshouses, just one mile from Pateley Bridge and 12 miles from Harrogate, the mill is set alongside the River Nidd. Each house, apartment or cottage is individually designed to maximise the original features whilst introducing the best of contemporary living. It is anticipated that the development will complete early 2021 to include the restoration of the old café and shop and a selection of homes are available to move into sooner.
