A sought-after village development six miles from Harrogate will officially hit the market for the first time on 31st August.

West House Gardens is a new build development of 33 luxury family homes in the village of Birstwith in the Nidderdale Valley. Offering a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes, prices will range from £350,000 to £1.3 million.

Saturday 31st August will see the five-bedroom show home open to the public for the first time, and developer Newby will also be releasing the site plan, specifications, layouts and prices to potential homeowners. First completions are expected in Autumn 2019.

The site is spread over a spacious five acres, with all of the homes benefiting from private parking and gardens. A total of eight different plot types are available. A high level of finish is included, such as Italian porcelain tiles in the hallway and kitchen, bespoke timber windows, fully tiled Vessini bathrooms, NEFF appliances, underfloor heating, bifold doors and a choice of bespoke kitchens.

Anthony Mackle, Sales and Marketing Director at Newby, said: “We are delighted to be opening up West House Gardens for the first time and to be able to release more information about the development and the homes contained within. We expect this to be an extremely popular site – Birstwith is an idyllic and welcoming community, set in stunning countryside in the Nidderdale valley, yet conveniently close to the wonderful town of Harrogate. At Newby we pride ourselves on an extremely high quality of build and our attention to detail, combining practicality with attractive design. We look forward to showing people for themselves from 31st August.”

Homes will be on sale through agents Nicholls Tyreman. To get in touch for pre-launch information or to request a one-to-one viewing on site call 01423 503076.
